A few questions we get asked

What happens if I don't renew?

If a band's yearly renewal lapses, its profile stops resolving when scanned, it won't show a fallback message or any of your information. Renewing brings it straight back.

Does a replacement band reset my subscription?

Yes. A replacement band comes with a fresh 12 months included, starting from when you activate it. Time left on the old band doesn't carry over or stack.

How do bulk discounts work?

Buying 2 bands together gets you 10% off the band price, and 3 or more gets you 15% off. The discount applies to the band cost only, P&P and each band's renewal price stay the same.
